Men’s Wearhouse introduced their online rental initiative to strengthen its position and relevance as category-leading innovators, style experts and customer service professionals.

The packaging takes the customer on a journey as they prep for their big event. The geometric bowtie pattern provides a subtle, sophisticated backdrop, which is then contrasted by a strong diagonal that creates a stage for messaging. With short messages, we guide our recipient through the experience. We wanted each step to feel fun and special, from building excitement on delivery all the way to the return instructions. The tone throughout is friendly and approachable, but also very confident.

We also designed a series of email announcements promoting a collaboration with Macy’s. Each email’s message builds from the previous email, guiding the recipient through each step.
